Tauber’s Bio Vitalhotel emphasizes natural, organic food and everything that goes with it. It is the first Bio Vitalhotel in Pustertal and it has consistently developed and expanded this philosophy for the past 22 years. Your vitality is their commitment.

The organic quality – i.e., the inherent vitality – contained in the raw products are an integral component of Pustertal. Berries, fruits, salads and vegetables are fresh and crispy, because the come from the immediate vicinity – namele from the hotel’s own organic acreage. The cow’s milk comes from the neighbour’s farm and fresh butter is delivered from surrounding high-altitude meadows. A farmer’s wife supplies the hotel with fresh dairy products and hen’s eggs from her animal-friendly farm.

Tauber’s Bio Vital Hotel is the ideal starting point to various winter sports activities. A shuttle bus brings you to the valley station of Kronplatz. Furthermore, the hotel offers ski tours, snowshoe hiking and tobogganing: hotel owner Gert Tauber guides some tours.
